Brandie's Baby Shower

My niece Brandie with Samuel at her baby shower on July 11. This was her first time to meet Samuel. Her baby girl, Averie, is due August 14. We are so excited.

Aunt Rebecca, my brother Fran's wife. They live in San Antonio. We stopped to see them on the way to Corpus.

This was taken during our drive home from Corpus.. which took entirely too long b/c of rain and it being a holiday weekend. Overall, Samuel did really well. He only freaked out twice. Not bad for a 10 hour trip. uugghhh

Samuel's First 4th of July

We didn't get to see any fireworks because Samuel was asleep by 8p.m. Not that we were complaining though. We welcome any downtime we can get.
