HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Samuel's First Halloween!!!!
He was a spider, Mariah was a Snow Princess and Monica was Abraham Lincoln (Mariah's favorite President). I didn't really dress up as anything and Mike was a football player. I was a baseball player the night before at a neighborhood Halloween Party. We had a fun time visiting our neighbors. Samuel didn't get scared of anything.. even the spooky houses and costumes.
Ahhh his favorite person...
This was his daytime Halloween costume! ;)
Before this picture he was kneeling against the door yelling at the dogs outside.

Jerry Jones' MAN CAVE a.k.a. Cowboys Stadium

Mike, Dude and I went to Cowboys Stadium for an event for the Community Enrichment Center and Open Arms, an organization that helps victims of domestic violence. After the event we got to take a tour. It was really neat to be there. Unfortunately, they had the field rolled up because they were doing some maintenance.
The screen is 7 1/2 stories tall and weighs over 600 tons! That's more than a 737 fully fueled. You can tell how massive it is if you look at the worker standing next to it. WOW

Defense is on one side of locker room and offense on the other. And then Jon Kitna, Tony Romo and Jason Witten were together so they can strategize!!!

Inside the Cowboys Cheerleaders' locker room. There were mirrors everywhere of course. Very different from the players locker room.

Open Wide!

One morning we were taking Samuel's picture and every time the orange light from the "red eye reduction" setting would shine on his face (just before the flash) he would open his mouth up. It was the funniest thing. We took 7 pictures in a row and he opened his mouth every time. There are 4 of them below. Who knows what he was thinking. It was making us laugh so maybe that's what kept him going.

What a character!

Cowboys Fan

Samuel's happy the Cowboys actually won a game. ;)

Anniversary # 2

Hard to believe we celebrated our 2nd Anniversary on Oct. 20. This past year has just flown by. I love you honey. Love your Snoop

Celebratory beers at the Flying Saucer in Fort Worth.

Samuel Times Three

Three generations of Samuels.

This picture is priceless. Poppy's first time to wear a coyboy hat. Yeehaw!

Cousins First Trip to Pumpkin Patch Together

The whole Telling and Welsh gang at the Coppell Pumpkin Patch.

3 Scarecrows!

Samuel and Andy both enjoyed trying to eat the hay more than anything. YUCK!
Good times at the Pumpkin Patch

The Scorpio Cousins hamming it up at the Pumpkin Patch!

Time with Uncle Sam

Samuel Welsh times 2
Uncle Sam taught Samuel how to high 5 whenhe was in town. Now, if someone could just teach him to change his poopy diapers we'd be set. ;)

Visiting the ducks

There are no ducks in these pictures but we were visiting them. They are at a park down the street from our house and Samuel enjoys going to see them. I mostly like this pic because of his hairdo. Sweet!
Another cool hair pic.
Samuel chewing on his stroller. What a surprise!

Random Events

Yes, Mariah is in the tub with her clothes on. She's squirting water at Samuel and he's trying to drink it. It was too funny. We asked Mariah why she was in the tub with her clothes on and she said in her most annoyed Mariah voice "I'm trying to have a relationship!" We all died laughing of course. She says the craziest things some times.
Yes Samuel, that's your crazy mama!

Samuel loves for his daddy to read Hop on Pop to him.

My friend Kim and I attempted to carve pumpkins for Halloween. Mine is the better one on the left.. haha! She was trying to carve a bat but it just didn't work out.

Me and Kim with our pumpkins.
Mariah after her Jr. Belle dance performance. I missed last year's because I was in the hospital so it was great to get to go and see her perform.
We quickly realized that Samuel was not quite ready for the big boy bath.. or maybe we weren't. This is probably the only second he was actually still and not trying to climb out. Needless to say, we are back to the baby bath tub. Sorry Samuel.
I guess Jackson thinks he can do whatever he wants when we aren't around. Mike took this picture from the kitchen window. What a litte stinker!

Samuel's First Visit to A Pumpkin Patch

There's a great pumpkin patch near our house with hayrides, a corn maze and lots of pumpkins. All the Hutchins' cousins went and we had great fun. This will most likely become a Halloween tradition. Mike loves traditions.
Samuel's life is full of so many firsts. This is his first ride in a wagon. He really enjoyed it. He was slobbering on his pumpkin a lot so in went the paci!

That's some serious excitemenet right there folks. This pictures screams "I am SOOOO over this!" haha Poor Samuel is at our mercy.
He's probably thinking "What in the world is this thing next to me with ugly bumps all over it?"

Samuels wearing part of his Halloween costume... his spider hat. It was cold people.
Our first family Halloween picture. ;) Don't you just want to gag at all the references to "firsts".
Hey, it will be different with the next one.. we'll probably hardly remember its name. ;) Trust me I'm #7 of 8.

And there's #8 who will agree that there are very few baby pictures of her. Sorry Des. We still love you.

New mommy Brandie and Samuel. Too cute!
