This pile is especially creative because Samuel removed the red and orange letters from the puzzle and left the blue and green ones. Plus, the container has blue and green rice in it. My boys a GENIUS!!!

Owen's First Time Eating Cereal 8-30-11

Owen really enjoyed his first taste of cereal. Big Brother Samuel wanted to try it and decided he didn't care for it. But he decide he would share his bowls so we could make Owen's cereal in them.

Every night for the past week or so when we put Samuel to bed as we are walking out his door he says. "I go to baseball game and have hotdog. I go to baseball game with Mama, Daddy and Baby Owen."
If it wasn't so freaking hot we'd probably go every day.

Day at the Museum

 The best money we have spent this Summer was getting a membership to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. I highly recommend getting one. We never seem to have time to do everything while we are there.

 Samuel was in Heaven in the pretend grocery store. He ran around with his shopping cart organizing the food and using the checkout stand. Too cute!

Tummy Time!

Teeth Already?!

Owen is getting his bottom, front two teeth. He's only 4 months old...too soon if you ask me. He's drooling like crazy and chewing on anything he can get in his mouth. Ahhh Little Man. ;)

The Organizer Strikes Again

 You may be wondering "Why does she keep posting these stupid pictures of Samuel's piles?" Well, I'm glad you asked. Mike and I find these very amusing and interesting because the items that he is grouping together are from all over the house. They are all his things but they are from different rooms in the house. This picture especially cracks me up because he's sitting at the end of the coffee table (with his Yellow items lined up) in his Big Bird chair.. which GUESS WHAT??? Happens to be YELLOW!

 Even the fridge isn't safe from being organized!!

 These piles are layingall  throughout the living room. They are like little landmines that you hate to mess with because you know he's worked so hard to create them. Even the dogs don't mess with them. They just lay in between them usually.

One morning I opened this cabinet to get something out and this is what I found. Too funny!

Owen 4 Months Old

 Owen is a very happy baby. He smiles a lot and DROOLS a lot! He has discovered his voice recently and squeals with excitement. He likes to watch TV with his big brother and play on his activity mat. We are really enjoying him except that he is not a very good sleeper which, as you know, Samuel is. Owen has a very hard time putting himself to sleep and getting back to sleep once he is awake. He prefers to be held when he is sleeping and if he could nurse all day he would. This makes for long days sometimes but we are hopeful he'll get on a schedule soon and start sleeping better.
