'Oh Christmas Tree

Almost ready to go pick out a tree!

Mike and I took Samuel to the Christmas tree lot that my dad used to take my sisters and I to when we were kids. They have beautiful trees! We opted for getting one at Lowe's (much cheaper but not as nice) since we weren't sure if Samuel would tear it apart or not. So far he really hasn't messed with it much.

Samuel really got into eating Turkey dinner with everyone. He loved the sweet potatoes and stuffing. His bib says Thankful for Daddy!

Mariah is reading one of his favorite books to him called I see monsters. The last page has a reflective part so he can see himself. He usually kisses his reflection.

Birthday Cards

Samuel loves his birthday cards, especially the ones with sounds. Mariah got him a card that plays the song "I'm so excited and I just can't hide it" when you open one side and then when you open the other side it is her voice singing him a song that she sings to him every time she sees him. It only has two lines.. "I know a little boy name Samuel. He's the best boy I ever met." Too cute. He loves listening to it as you can see in this video.

Samuel's first football game

On November 14 we went to see my Alma Mater (Southlake Carroll) play Colleyville Heritage at the new Cowboys Stadium. It was awesome.
