Dear Samuel

Tomorrow your baby brother will be born and your daddy and I are so excited that you will become a Big Brother. You are an amazing little boy, full of energy, curiosity and imagination. We love your enthusiasm for learning, your love for the outdoors and your laughter and smile.
You have brought a joy to my life that I never knew was possible until becoming a mom. A joy that I hope you are able to experience one day when you have a child of your own.
All of our lives will change tomorrow as we open our hearts and arms to a new addition to our family. It's hard to remember what life was like before you were born and one day soon it will be hard to imagine our family without your little brother.
We want you to know that our love for you is unconditional and unending. You will always hold a very, very special place in our hearts and we will always cherish the time we had with you before your brother arrived.

Nash Farm

We took Samuel to Nash Farm in Grapevine today. They had a Spring event with tractor and pony rides, petting zoo, ice cream and lots of other fun activities. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed our time with Samuel. We're trying to do as much with him as a family before the baby comes because it will be hard at first for the four of us to do things together.
